CinglePoint® Sub-processors

Operated by CinglePoint LLC (“CinglePoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This page lists the third-party entities that CinglePoint LLC engages as sub-processors to assist in providing services to our customers and users. Each sub-processor may have access to certain personal or business data only as required for their specific function, and all are subject to appropriate data protection obligations consistent with CinglePoint’s privacy and security standards.

Overview

CinglePoint engages carefully vetted third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) who perform limited functions on our behalf. Before onboarding any sub-processor, CinglePoint performs a due diligence review that includes evaluating privacy, security, and compliance practices.

Each sub-processor is bound by written agreement to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and similar frameworks).

CinglePoint LLC may update this list periodically as we add or remove sub-processors. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updates on this page and, where required, by email or in-product notifications to customers.
